Book review
An enjoyable read with absolutely adorable characters. Sara is stubborn and Sully acts cool but is secretly worried about not being good enough. I loved the chemistry between Sara and Sully which comes from years of friendship. It was really funny at first how they tried to keep their relationship a secret, neither admitting that they are falling in love with each other.
I like sports romance because what you get is not just the hero but the whole team. This book has delivered the team camaraderie quite well indeed. The story starts off with Sara and Sully already being friends and have had previous flirtations. I suspect we would have seen some of these past interactions in previous books in the series and being such lovable characters I would have liked to read these previous books to follow their friendship from the beginning.
