I love trawling through beautiful journal designs on social media and am constantly amazed by the talent that goes into making these pages beautiful. So when I came across this book, How to Draw Cute Doodles and Illustrations by KAMO at the library, I could easily imagine myself picking up some artistic skills to spruce up my own journal.
The book is filled with many little doodles that all look simple enough to follow. The author shows you how a doodle starts with a basic template and goes on to offer different permutations for the basic design, hence enabling versatility to convert the basic doodle into many different doodles.
I tried to follow some of these doodles with the step by step guide and they were really easy to follow. The lines were easy to put together.
